Nobody moves to Spain for the padrón. But the first three months are mostly padrón, digital certificates, utility contracts, a bank that wants a document you have not got yet and a school enrolment deadline nobody mentioned.
None of it is difficult in isolation. All of it is in Spanish, most of it depends on something else being done first, and the order matters more than the individual tasks. This is the list, and we do as much or as little of it as you want.
